SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

AIRDUKA SHOP is committed to meeting buyer expectations and increasing buyer satisfaction. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The following terms are applicable for the delivery and shipping of products that You purchased with Us.1. Tracking your order

You are able to track your orders on the site/app from pick-up point to drop-off. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification or SMS from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email or SMS, please contact our customer care service.2. Delivery and Pick-up

2.1 All orders for our products are shipped by the Merchants through our delivery agents.

2.2 AIRDUKA SHOP offers no pick-up points. Where a buyer prefers pick-up/physical collection of the order, he/she should make arrangements with the Merchant.3. Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact the Merchant or our customer support service immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address4. Missing orders

If you haven’t received your item after 7 days or after the delivery time period stipulated in the Merchant’s shipping and delivery policy has lapsed, please contact the Merchant or our customer support service.5. Delivery time

5.1 Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Merchant, your shipping destination and the delivery agent’s time to deliver in your location. Merchants generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page.

5.2 Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Merchant offering the product
  • Product’s availability with the Merchant
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped and the location of the Merchant.

6. Delivery locations

6.1 Every Merchant may have a delivery policy that provides for the locations they can deliver items to. Please ensure that you are acquainted with the respective Merchant’s delivery policy.

6.2 Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Kenya. We DO NOT accept orders from international customers. Any shipments outside of Kenya are not available at this time.

6.3 You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site/app from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Kenya and within the locations stipulated on the respective Merchant’s delivery policy.

6.4 The order will be delivered to the address provided at the moment of the purchase7. Shipping fees

7.1 There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on AIRDUKA SHOP. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
