A Leading Supplier Certificate is attained for Sellers who are subscribed to the Annual or Biannual Diamond Duka Plan. The Leading Supplier Certificate assures customers to buy from the seller as they are leading suppliers of the product/service.

A seller can get a Verified Supplier mark when they upload their KRA Pin Certificate or ID Copy to their profile. These documents WILL NOT be visible to the public, they will only be used to prove that a seller is verified by Airduka and can therefore be trusted by buyers.

Simply create a FREE seller account with the following easy steps:

• Click on Sell On Airduka at the top right corner of the page, Select the Duka Plan you want to subscribe to.
• Select the Basic Duka Plan which is FREE and click “Subscribe”.
• Enter your Email address and Phone number and check the terms and conditions box.
• Enter the Company Details or if a service provider, enter the Service Details. Ensure you enter all the fields marked with an asterisks*.
• Ensure to select whether you are registering as a company or individual
• Enter the One Time Passwords (OTP) sent to both your email address and phone number and click Register
• On the pop-up message welcoming you to Airduka, Click the button to add your products
• You are now viewing your page as a seller. On the left, click on Products
• On the Products Management page, click on Add Product on the top right of the page
• Add your first product details (Product/service name, price, etc)
• When adding your Product Image, ensure it is less than 500kb in size
• Ensure you type in the name of the category your business is under, e. g if you offer cleaning services, type in cleaning services
• Type in words that describe your products/service; e.g if you sell cakes, type in cake, birthday cake, wedding cake, cupcake, graduation cake etc (Tip: The better your keywords describe your product/service the better)
• When done, click Add and continue to add a total of 5 products in the basic plan
